The "ALI" class pays TRIBUTE to the most iconic face and name in boxing, Muhammad Ali. In a structured balance of boxing, cadio and functional exercises, our members will get a taste of how the greats used to train. The "ALI'" class runs over 12 x 3 minute rounds with one minute rest breaks, the same duration as a championship fight. This fun effective workout is the perfect way for you to get in shape, fighting fit and become an "Everyday Champion"

The 'TYSON' class is focused on the functional exercise element, which turns fighters into athletes. This circuit will have you hitting harder, lifting heavier, and running faster. Over 18 x 2 minute rounds with 30 second rest breaks, get ready to take your game to another level.

Sorry guys we don't have that secret formula, that magic pill or some fancy new innovative exercise. But, what we do have is the 'PACMAN' circuit. Paying TRIBUTE to one of the hardest working fighters in history, Manny Pacquiao . This high intensity training system will run through 24, 60 second HIIT stations with 20 seconds rest breaks.

This circuit is designed to get your lungs open, heart pumping and as a result, your body into shape.
