Tribute Boxing classes are high energy 45 minute circuit based sessions that consist of an alternating range of boxing, functional training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). With the option to train at Collins Square or Abbotsford you can get the most out of your training anytime of the week.

In an accomplished career as a professional boxer, Will rose to the top of the super featherweight division, capturing the IBO super featherweight world title in 2011 before making three successful title defences. Will's experience in the hardest professional sport make him a knowledgable expert in his field and a specialist in moulding your body and fitness type into that of an everyday champion.
Will has been mentored by the best performance-driven coaches in professional boxing and has spent extended stints training both interstate and abroad, relocating to West Hollywood for the best part of three years. Will's resume, which also includes an appearance at the 2007 World Championships as an amateur, not only highlight his credentials but also his drive and ambition to succeed at the highest level. Will has implemented his personal formula into Tribute, allowing everyday people to become everyday champions.

A qualified strength and conditioning coach, Jay has trained a plethora of professional athletes, including clients from some of the countries most recognised sporting arenas, including but not limited to the Australian Football League (AFL) — and you guessed it — world champion boxers.
